[oe] [meta-qt5][PATCH v4] Upgrade to Qt 5.8

Hi,

thanks for the job!
Is this on the master of meta-qt5? If so I will be able to check if this 
patch 0009-Reorder-EGL-libraries-from-pkgconfig-and-defaults.patch is 
still needed or not. I hope not.
