Ahh now I see that you've dropped allarch inherit in v2.
So it will work without SIGGEN_EXCLUDE_SAFE_RECIPE_DEPS.

But you can still "optimise" it by returning allarch and adding
SIGGEN_EXCLUDE_SAFE_RECIPE_DEPS
