[oe] [meta-oe][PATCH 0/2] Upgrade toybox to 0.7.0

This is a fresh attempt to upgrade toybox to 0.7.0. I noticed the previously
sent patch after I already had this working.

I've tested this on qemux86 and can login correctly, the hostname is correct and
I can run a few of the toybox tools.
