[oe] [meta-oe][PATCH] dbus-daemon-proxy: inherit pkgconfig and unblacklist

Can you set some better version in the recipe while you're at it?

dbus-daemon-proxy-0.0.0+gitrAUTOINC+1226a0a137: Package version for
package dbus-daemon-proxy-dbg went backwards which would break package
feeds from (0:0.0.0+gitr0+1226a0a137-r1.56 to
0:0.0.0+gitr0+1226a0a137-r1.0) [version-going-backwards]
