SRC_URI points to broken URI and v1.0.11 was marked as unsupported by the
project:
https://download.libsodium.org/libsodium/releases/old/unsupported/

I thought since this is a minor release anyway, it would make sense to
update
the package instead of updating SRC_URI, since who knows how long it will
be there for.
