[oe] Dependency loop in cryptsetup

[Md Ismail, Zakiah]

The log for this dependency issue is attached. I suspect it's the libdevmapper that's causing the issue because when I remove it from DEPENDS, the dependency loops disappear but cryptsetup do_configure gives error.
