[oe] [meta-python][PATCH] python-jsonpatch: fix do_install

Something like:
FILESEXTRAPATHS_prepend := "${THISDIR}/python-jsonpatch:"

Will fix this. It can be in python-jsonpatch.inc (harmless for python2-,
required for python3-). DRY and KISS.
