[oe] [meta-handheld][PATCH] linux-kexecboot_4.4: remove superseded 3200-mtd.patch

The real partitioning is detected by the kernel mtd
parser sharpslpart. No confusion between 300, 3100
and 3200 mtdparts anymore.
