This update of crash looks like a useful addition for thud
due to the fixes, support for recent kernel and a few new
features.

I've built:
   qemux86 qemux86-64 qemuarm qemuarm64  qemuppc qemumips
Only glibc is supported.

I haven't done any runtime testing yet.
We'll be doing that at WR over the coming weeks.
Kai, you have worked on crash before, any concerns or
comments?
