Huh.
I cleaned up my local builds and they build fine.

I cloned yoe-distro -b yoe/mut [1] and
it has the v3 update:
   git show e83dc5ed04a209d8c3055331a66e6b7d19496048

and I'm able to:
$ bitbake wolfssl
just fine.

It's a simple change so I'm not sure what to do to help...
