[oe] meta-Qt5 5.9 branch regression, qtquick license error

Hi,
Apologies for messing up that update. QtQtuick1 module was modified by mistake. I fixed the recipe by reverting the SRCREV back to correct one.

The above commit results in several qtquick1 license errors. Doing a clean build didn't help. But switching back to tag v5.9.8 fixed the issue. See the attached log for error messages.
Yocto build based on poky rocko-18.0.3 tag.
