Hmm.. what is ${BASELIB} variable value?
Are you using latest code?
I do not see this error. Below configuration I am using for multilib build:
require conf/multilib.conf
MULTILIBS = "multilib:lib32"
DEFAULTTUNE_virtclass-multilib-lib32 = "x86"
