I have an Ambicom BT2000-CF which also uses the BT2000E chipset, running on an
C1000 with 3.5.4.1. Same issue still applys.

It looks like the bt950_cs driver is now deprecated and you have to change it
to serial_cs as mentioned, and hciattach. However that does not work for me
either.

I ordered a cf -> pcmcia adaptor and I will see if I can get this to work in a
normal linux distrib with the latest everthing. That should narrow down if it's
an OZ issue or kernel/bluez issue.
