           Summary: binary locale generation fail on amd64 when compiling
                    glibc-2.3.5+cvs20050627
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: OpenZaurus 3.5.4.x
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: magnet at ci0.org
         QAContact: tinderbox-oe at gmx.net

this seems to be a know problem.As I saw after googling some, adding
ENABLE_BINARY_LOCALE_GENERATION = "0" should prevent the generation.

I tried to add it to my local.conf( regardings comments in
glibc-package.bbclass but it seems useless since it seems to be the default ),
but this don't make any changes.

to fix I had to comment out call for binary generation in glibc's bb file.
