I believe I do.

root at collie:~# ipkg list_installed glibc*
glibc-charmap-utf-8 - 2.3.5+cvs20050627-r0 -
glibc-gconv - 2.3.5+cvs20050627-r0 -
glibc-gconv-iso8859-1 - 2.3.5+cvs20050627-r0 -
glibc-gconv-unicode - 2.3.5+cvs20050627-r0 -

Even installing glibc-gconv-utf-16 and glibc-gconv-utf-32 did not fix this.  Or
are these the wrong packages?
