reiserfsprogs in its current form needs at least one include from the kernel
headers (unaligned.h), so should DEPENDS on the linux kernel header .bb.

However, this header was removed in recent kernel headers (2.6.18-ish).

There is a patch for reiserfsprogs to be independent of the unaligned.h header,
so with that patch, it should work for older and newer kernel header.

Still to verify is whether there is a DEPENDS on the linux kernel header .bb,
as more includes may be pulled in.
