Still to do is verify that reiserfsprogs does not depend on other linux kernel
headers, as then it would DEPEND on linux-kernel-headers.

I tried 'rm -rf tmp/staging' then 'rm -rf tmp/stamps/*stag*' then building
reiserfsprogs. However that approach did not work.
