To be exact, this is now tracked by HH.org kernel developers as
http://bugzilla.handhelds.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1773 . There was previous thread
on kernel-discuss, as well as on linux-arm-kernel lists.

Unfortunately, I still didn't hear RP (author of the changes to the kernel
which trigger this), to confirm this bug as related to his changes. The
currently known workaround is to unapply them. Affects 2.6.18 & 2.6.19 kernels.
