vsftpd.bb pretends to DEPENDS on openssl, and passes LIBS openssl crypto to the
build, but actual SSL build support is disabled in the build (see builddefs.h).

If disabling SSL is what we want, we can remove the DEPEND(encie)S. That is
what the fix (see attachment) does.

Otherwise, builddefs.h must undef SSL stuff.
