It's not an OE problem per say but a ppc kernel problem, as there is a
"migration" from the ppc architecture to the powerpc architecture and some
cpu's have not been ported.
As a result header files are missing from recent kernels (=> 2.6.15)
The only way to 'solve' this is to use kernels up to 2.6.13 before the
migration started
