When attempting to compile makedevs using a prebuilt toolchain, oe chokes
saying:

warning: ld-linux.so.2, needed by
/usr/local/i586/oe/lib/gcc/i586-stv-linux/3.4.4/../../../../i586-stv-linux/lib/libdl.so,
not found (try using -rpath or -rpath-link)

when using a prebuilttoolchain, the LDFLAGS need to be altered which is usually
done in local.conf:

TARGET_LDFLAGS_prepend = " -L${PRE_BUILT}/lib -Wl,-rpath-link,${PRE_BUILT}/lib
"

these LDFLAGS need to be passed to makedevs. The following patch fixes this
problem:
