The Xsession file has the following entry:

  ## test for an existing bus daemon, just to be safe
  if test -z "$DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS" ; then
     ## if not found, launch a new one
     eval `dbus-launch --auto-syntax --exit-with-session`
     echo "D-BUS per-session daemon address is: $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS"
  fi
fi

running it by hand show that DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS is set, but it doesn't
show up in 'env' executed inside the session. As expected this will break dbus
using apps. Symptons: error message at the start that dbus-launch failed and
dbus using apps take ~5 seconds longer to start due to the time-out.
Tested with dbus 0.92, 0.93 and 0.95
