When building on a LFS-6.2 host the bitbake ncurses build fails with the
follwoing message:

After chasing things down a bit I found that the LFS terminfo package builds
tic to link too libncursesw.so.5.  When I  cp
tmp/work/ncurses-native-5.4-r8/ncurses-5.4/lib/libncurses.so.5 /usr/lib

Then the bitbake ncurses succeeds.  

Either the ncurses-native needs to be built to staicaly link to ncurses or we
need to make sure the libncurses are installed into the OE native tool chain
correctly.
