So, what exact version of Valgrind this .bb was tested against?

Also, why explicitly set FILES? Do you realy want to omit anything except bin/?
I'd say, rather not do that. So, either have nicely split binary packages
built, or let autotools (specifically, make install) just stuff everything it
wants into one archive. Doing otherwise will just confuse the people.

And of course, that .bb has bunch of styling issues. The easiest way to fix
them is to run contrib/oe-stylize.py on the .bb before submitting it.

Of these issues, exact PV to use is the blocker.
