Ok - I got something. I was quite conservative. The exceptions are:
I could not get CONFIG_LEDS_H2200 set. It fails to compile with it  I guess it
is quite important one as for h2200.
And I had to throw away the CONFIG_AEABI - the help says that gcc 4 is needed
for that and (in my simple) OE environment uses 3.4.4. 
I am also not sure of Frequency Scaling .....

To be honest - that is my first successive kernel configuration for h2200 (but
based on good examples - what can I screw in make oldconfig ???:) ). Right now
I am not able to test if it boots - I am in a middle of building the opie
image.
