I was provided this link to get the file:

Unfourtunately, the file seems to be too big.

Continued download failed on this file, which conflicts with `-c'.
Refusing to truncate existing file `/home/zero/oe/sources/sqlite-3.3.9.tar.gz'.

I know this is an old branch, but I would like to build for the current stable
release.  thanks.
