Many embedded devices need uclibc, as glibc is too big in terms of memory and
disk footprint. Most pda/tablet/phone devices seems to be ok with glibc, but OE
loses a lot of ground by not supporting uclibc properly.

This bug is about bringing in uclibc 0.9.29 support.
