I just switched from bitbake 1.8 to 1.6 to try to get around bug 2133 and I am
now getting this error even though scanelf is definately installed and in my
normal path. bitbake 1.8 got past this point just fine (in fact, on a new
build, it fails on gconf-dbus with the wrong SRCDATE due to bug 2133). It seems
that bitbake 1.6 doesn't handle the path correctly.
