atd is required to create gpe-clock alarm events. When atd is installed &
started, /var/spool/at is not created. The atd ipk also has additional package
management issues, see Bug #2440.


Used Angstrom-x11-image-glibc-test-20070804-spitz-installkit.tgz as install
media on machine spitz (slc-3000), fresh ipkg update;ipkg upgrade performed as
of bug report.
