horizon error

When starting Horizon 0.37+cvs20070112-r1, it attempts to create a directory in
a non-existent path. See attached error log.

Used Angstrom-x11-image-glibc-test-20070804-spitz-installkit.tgz as install
media on machine spitz (slc-3000), fresh ipkg update;ipkg upgrade performed as
of bug report.
