Did you try a bitbake -c rebuild u-boot for the config that failed? This worked
for me. Over the past few days I have had a "feeling" that fetching from the
u-boot git repo has not been 100%.

I did a rebuild at home that succeeded around 1200 UTC, just had one fail on a
different computer.
