It should already be dualled in the Linux kernel sources.

The issue came up on lkml Feb 5, 2006 at about 7:30pm (that would be
US/Pacific time).  I've attached the thread.  My intent, with all the
software I write, is not to restrict the rights of people to use that
software.  That includes the right to impose a more restrictive license such
as GPL or a conventional proprietary license.
