I'm about to attach an updated tarball.

Changes include:
 - builds on hosts with glibc 2.7
 - separate out staging properly, to permit erlang-based packages to be built

New packages for:
 - erlang-gtknode: An interface to GTK+2.x for erlang
 - erlang-serial: An interface to unix serial ports from erlang
