Package manager:
updated packages - success
selected gpe-scap - succes
clicked "green check mark" to install - failure:
"IPKG backend failure. cannot continue"

(2 windows with the same error, showing up under the "installing gpe-scap"
window)

package manager was not working properly after killing it with task manager and
restarting it.

command-line `ipkg install gpe-scap` worked fine.
