Created an attachment (id=3620)
 --> (http://bugs.openembedded.org/attachment.cgi?id=3620)
all recipes and changes for a self-hosting java toolchain

In principle this patchs contains all additions and changes (they do not
interfere with the existing Java recipes allthough they are meant to replace
them one day). I say in principle because in my configuration (x86, glibc 2.7)
cacao-initial fails to run.

I post the patch anyway to give you an idea of what it would look like. In the
meantime I will add jamvm-initial as another candidate for virtual/java-initial
and find the cause for the brokenness of cacao.
