But it's incorrect that it's not possible to enter i18n characters, bother to
look at summary. Also, even editing summary won't help, due to "listen to me,
it would be nice if 2+2 was 4!" rambling in description. So, someone who lacks
a German layout, submits a bug right about that, and of course, with patch
attached of course ;-).
