I understand not wanting to bloat the image. My question would be whether we
are already pushing up against the limits of flash memory. At 21MB or so for
the current X11 image, I would say: no, we are nowhere near the limits of the
flash. If we are not bloating the image, then are these useful *enough* to
include by default, with the understanding that users can remove them if they
don't use them.

Personally, I wish the images didn't come with orinoco wireless drivers,
because I will never use them, I like hostap :P but I understand that they are
there because they provide more functionality than they remove by being
present.

I don't feel strongly about this. For me, it is a one time pain in the ass if
my neighbor's wireless link is down and I don't have the wireless modules
available to authenticate to my own network. I will admit to laziness in not
setting up my USB network for the ipaq... I had it set up once, but it isn't
right now and I have not troubleshot it since I upgraded to debian etch.

Whatever the general philosophy on inclusion into the image is should apply
here. I am happy to hear that they are being built again and I can download
and install them.
