I can confirm this bug.
Pressing "Cancel" (which is the On/Off button) does not suspend the poodle,
instead the text "power.c device-level power management is not supported yet."
is printed to syslog.
Interestingly, selecting "Suspend" from the GPE menu does sucessfully suspend
the machine. So, suspending does work in principle, just not with the key which
is designed to suspend it?!?
