When resuming device, backlight is sometimes off (or very low), and it doesn't
come to value which was preset before on touchscreen click. Using backlight
applet, it appears that backlight is actually set off/low on GPE level, i.e.
it's not like, say, GPE's and kernel's picture got out of sync.
