This issue should be fixed now in mtn. Specific case of dark backlight after
resume was off-bu-one error in ipaq-sleep during parsing, causing it to ignore
one digit of the original brightness. While at it, I fixed/optimized few other
issues with ipaq-sleep, which is of *very* poor quality, and must be replaced
ASAP.

Not closing for confirmations in RC. Removing device dependency as this is
known as environment, not machine bug.
