This is a known issue with the Zaurus kernels as mentioned on the kernel
development status page http://www.rpsys.net/openzaurus/ (SL-Cxx00 USB Client
(UDC) for Windows (RNDIS) is marked as unsupproted). Basically, RNDIS has hard
to solve issues on the pxa27x.

Recent Zaurus kernels in OE.dev have a patch which might make RNDIS work.
