Indeed the patch is not palm specific, apart some comments and the fact that
has been tested only with palm devices up until now (familiar, angstrom).

We created a separate file just not to mess up with other kdrive patches or
machines ...

I'm pretty sure there are (and there will be) other devices using these
resolutions.

It's perfectly ok to us: all we need is just having those resolutions added.
