yes, I can confirm that /dev/input/touchscreen0 gets correctly created for the
palmtx as well.

unfortunately, Xfbdev seems to need an explicit "-mouse
/dev/input/touchscreen0" in order to have the touchscreen working correctly: 
any help/tip would be really welcome.
