This patch is obsoleted by few other changesets in .oz354x

Current .oz354x version is not perfect as it need duplicated IMAGE_LINGUAS to
populate proper 'locale feeds' - this was done because IMAGE_LINGUAS contain
'en_US'/'pl_PL' versions when new entry use simple 'en'/'pl' ones.
