Whilst attempting to build libxml2-2.6.26 (as part of abiword), installation
failed for the libxml2 packages. The failure appears to have been caused by the
lack of ${STAGING_BINDIR}/install, and upon further inquiry, the package
install-native seems to be missing an "inherit native" line.

The attached patch is intended to fix this problem, and results in a successful
build of libxml2.

I'm not entirely sure if any other packages depend upon this seemingly unusual
behaviour of install-native, so use at your own risk.
