libol builds incorrectly and installs libol-config as the file
${STAGING_CROSSDIR} if a directory of that name doesn't exist.

Also if the above install had worked, and INHERIT += " rm_work" was set, then
the host system libol gets pulled in instead when building syslog-ng and it
fails.

Also the cflags config in libol-config points to the src directory of libol,
which will fail too if "rm_work" is set. e.g.

--local-cflags)
includes=-I/home/furlongm/projects/oe/build/tmp/work/i486-linux/libol-0.3.18-r5/libol-0.3.18/src
