libcurl version 7.16.0 and greater breaks Vorbis-Tools. 
Vorbis-tools uses CURLOPT_MUTE in one location which is no longer defined in
libcurl.  After some investigation I determined that the line of code in
Vorbis-tools that uses CURLOPT_MUTE is not really used.  I also have found
several postings were others have concluded the same.  Attached is a patch to
remove this line.
