Patch to linux-rp_2.6.21.bb

linux-rp_2.6.20.bb uses the Collie patches by Thomas Kunze, but linux-rp_2.6.21
regressed to the earlier patches provided by Pavel Machek.  Please switch back
to TK's patches, since they are a continuation of PM's work.

The attached patch makes Linux 2.6.21 compile and run well for me on my Collie.
