Summary: simpad angstrom gpe: simpad.xmodmap keysym is wrong
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: Angstrom
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Distributions
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: Bernhard.Guillon at opensimpad.org
         QAContact: tinderbox-oe at gmx.net

The keysym in simpad.xmodmap is wrong

root at simpad:~$ cat /etc/X11/simpad.xmodmap
keycode 102 = XF86PowerDown

The right keycode is 116.

This is because the keycode switched from 2.4 Kernel to 2.6.

After dirty working arround the keylaunch stuff etc. and changing the keysym to
the right one it is still wrong. It works with 124 we have to figgure out why.
xmodmap shows that the keysym is right and XF86PowerDown is 116 but
keylaunchrcs apm --suspned funktion only works with 124. I am puzzeled about
that behaviour.
