tar.gz file with all asterisk14 bb files

Attached are the bb files for asterisk 1.4 suite (including sound files).
I tested this package ok on slugos 3.10 (NSLU2 platform).

The name of the package is asterisk14 (in order to avoid the conflict with the
existing asterisk 1.2 package).
